Moreover, users can select various background sounds, enhancing the overall meditative experience. The inclusion of "synced to breath" signals, which can also vibrate, offers an engaging way to maintain awareness of breathing patterns even with eyes closed.

Sessions can be configured for durations ranging from 2 to 45 minutes, allowing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
